About Kaya Leather Studio

Kaya Leather Studio was born in a sketchbook, not a boardroom — a Melbourne-founded label built on a love of fashion, architecture, and the landscapes that shape both. We make premium leather goods for people who believe what they carry should last a lifetime.

Our debut collection, Bundok (Tagalog for "mountain"), is inspired by the peaks of Pangasinan in the Philippines — seven silhouettes crafted from genuine cowhide.

Every design starts in our Melbourne studio, where new pieces are sketched and prototyped. From there, our designs are brought to life by a team of master leathermakers at our production partner in Vietnam, a country with centuries of leather craft tradition.

Because our team spans two countries, our logistics — including returns and exchanges — are coordinated through our shipping partners across both locations. We'll guide you through the process directly if you ever need one.

We work across bags, shoes, wallets, journals, accessories, and fully custom pieces — each one made to order, made once, and entirely your own.
