At KAYA Leather Studio, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted to order by our artisans in our Vietnam studio.

Production Time

Made-to-order items require approximately 7–14 business days for production before dispatch.
Custom orders may require additional time depending on the complexity of the request.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Australia Standard: 7–14 business days
Australia Express: 3–7 business days
Asia: 5–10 business days
Europe & North America Standard: 7–14 business days
Europe & North America Express: 3–7 business days

Please note that shipping timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Tracking & Delivery
All orders are shipped with tracking. Tracking details will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. A signature may be required upon delivery for higher-value orders.

Risk in the goods passes to you upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.

Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and contents and contact us within 4 days of delivery at contact@kayaleather-studio.com so we can assist you.
